Tubal ligation reversal: Sewing the Layers
Is it important to do the tubal reversal individually closing each layer
as opposed to sewing the outer layer of the tube only?
This is the standard of care throughout the world. Anyone who would lead
you to believe that is something special is hard up for something good to
say about himself. Some layers are best left to grow back together without
sutures but the sewing together of the fallopian tubes is usually in layers.
